Customer Care

This past month, I realized that Starbucks is awesome. Why?

Well, I know that their coffee can be expensive. However, there is a reason why I keep coming back.

And that is because they know how to take care of their customers. They reward me for coming back, they let me partake in promotions, they give me a free drink on my birthday, and this past Christmas season, as much as I do not celebrate this holiday, they gave me a Christmas card, allowing me to get a free drink!

It's nice when businesses know how to take care of their customers.
