Working Remotely in Barcelona: Museu d'Història de Catalunya

The last thing I visited before leaving Barcelona was the Museu d'Història de Catalunya, or the Museum of the History of Catalonia. This museum is by the waterfront, in Barceloneta. It has plenty of exhibits chronicling the history of Catalonia from pre-history to modern times.

The museum is set in the sole building in the industrial port area of Barcelona that is still in existence. It is a huge place, and is worth an hour or two of your time.
I spent about an hour in this place, as the exhibits were rather fascinating. I saw ancient Roman structures, all the way to displays of scenes from the modern day. It is also a place that children would most likely enjoy, so if you have kids, this is a place worth checking out.

And that wraps up my week-long remote working visit to Barcelona. At this point, I feel that I have seen more or less everything I want to see in Barcelona, and so I wonder if I would come back again. We'll see. It is a fantastic city, so perhaps I would want to check it out again.
