It's our final city in this trip. So while we were in Fukuoka, we were exploring the various points of interest of this fascinating city in Kyushu. And one of those points was the Fukuoka Tower.
To reach this tower, we took the subway heading west, and after a few stops, we started walking. It was about 20 minutes walk from the nearby subway station, and as the weather was pleasant, it wasn't a big deal. We headed north, and as this is a tower, it was immediately visible on the horizon, as this was visible about the nearby buildings.
As one goes up with the lift, one can see the outside. I took the above photos inside the lift, which shows some funky shapes.
We spent some time gawking at the view from the top. It does give a fantastic view from the top, and as we went around the tower, we could see far and away. The weather cooperated, and so we saw Fukuoka spreading beneath us. I can imagine it would also be a good view in the evening.
After some time, we eventually saw what we wanted to see, and so we started our descent and explored other parts of the city.
