LIW on Mute

I caught the cold.

I woke up last Saturday with a sore throat, but it went away during the day.

Then I woke up last Sunday with a sore throat, and it stayed.

And so, Monday, I was with a cold, and Tuesday, I lost my voice. Has anyone seen it?

Honestly, I seldom spoke yesterday. I kept quiet, writing notes instead, conversing my throat, trying to regain my voice.

Today, I got a little bit of my voice back, and therefore was able to teach for an hour. After that, I went silent again.

This really makes me appreciate what a wonderful creation the human speech organ really is.
