This museum is actually developed from the private home of Édouard André and Nélie Jacquemart, two supporters of the arts, in order to display the artwork that they have accumulated throughout their lives.
This is more or less a palace, right in the middle of the city. The rooms are opulent, and there's plenty of evidence that the people who used to reside here were definitely rich.
This house is huge, and there are plenty of sections. There's even a section that looks and feels like an Italian museum!
Overall, this was an interesting long weekend. And it was time to go home. So I headed out to get some lunch, then I went back to my hotel to pick up my luggage, and then I headed to the airport to fly back home.
